What material is the Faceraser made from?

The Faceraser towels are made from 100% polyester.

How do I use the Faceraser?

Simple! All you need to do is wet your Faceraser with warm or cold water and wipe away all that makeup and grime! No other makeup removers or cleansers are needed.

How many uses can I get out of it?

We normally recommend getting 2-4 uses in between every wash to maximize the towel's life span. Your Faceraser can be washed more than 200 times!

Will it remove water proof makeup?

YES. The Faceraser does a stellar job at removing all makeup, even that stubborn waterproof mascara we all have a love/hate relationship with!

Can I wash my face with it even if I am not wearing makeup?

Of course. Whether it be makeup or impurities that build up on the skin’s surface, the Faceraser will remove it all.

Do I need to use a second form of face cleanser along with my Faceraser?

Up to you! If you prefer, you can treat your Faceraser the way you would your regular makeup remover and finish off with a full face cleanse using your cleanser of choice. However, with the Faceraser, you can hit two birds with one stone by skipping the cleansing process altogether. To do this, we recommend removing all your makeup with one section of your Faceraser and then either rinsing it out or simply using a clean section of it to give the face a final, thorough cleanse before applying your skin care products.

I have sensitive skin; will the Faceraser irritate my skin?

This is one of our product's great characteristics. Due to there being no need for any harsh chemical-based makeup removers, your skin will love the Faceraser and its gentle, natural properties.

I don’t have the time to wash the towel after every use, what am I suppose to do when it’s in the wash?

We suggest having 2-3 Facerasers that you can use on a rotating basis so that when one is in the wash, you have a second or third to use in the meantime.

What makes it different to normal polyester? And how does it work?

We use the thinnest kind of Polyester - each thread being nearly 100 times thinner than the average strand of human hair. Since we use the finest thread, this means the surface area is larger and made up of many fibers, therefor the Faceraser really grips onto makeup, dirt or oils and gently lifts the impurities from the skin. Also, since the polyester fibers are so fine, they are able to get into some of the smallest cracks and lines on our skin.
